We have different delivery times depending on the product:
- In stock (Belgium & Netherlands): usually 1–3 working days

How much does shipping cost?
For orders under €50, there is a €5.95 shipping fee. For orders over €50, it's free.
Can my order be delivered in multiple shipments?
No, normally not, as these are not packages that exceed a weight threshold.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace (if available per carrier/country).
Returns & Warranty
Can I return a product?
Yes. You have the right to return within the statutory period, as long as the product is unused and in its original condition/packaging.

What if a product arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible with a photo of:
- the packaging
- the product
- the shipping label
We will then resolve this correctly for you.

Products, Ingredients & Safety
Are your products natural or organic?
Each product indicates whether it is COSMOS natural or COSMOS Organic. These certificates are issued by Ecocert.
Are Mayteo products suitable for sensitive skin?
Mayteo focuses on skin-friendly formulas, and many customers choose us specifically for their sensitivity. However, every skin is unique.
Do you have very reactive skin? Then do a patch test first (see below) and start slowly.
How do I do a patch test?
Apply a small amount to the inside of your arm or behind your ear.

What does “retinol alternative” mean at Mayteo?
We work with ingredients like Bakuchiol and Bidens Pilosa , which are known as gentle alternatives to support anti-aging benefits without the typical retinol irritation (such as redness or flaking).
Results vary from person to person, but the aim is: effective and tolerable .
