Icelandic Volcano Face & Body Scrub 170ml

A creamy scrub with volcanic sand from Iceland, for face and body. The fine black grains do not abrade, but roll over the skin, removing dead skin cells. What remains feels smooth and looks instantly more vibrant.

The base is intentionally kept creamy with hydrogenated castor oil, sunflower oil, and kaolin. This allows the scrub to glide smoothly over the skin instead of pulling, and prevents it from drying out like traditional grain scrubs. Four organic berry extracts—blueberry, strawberry, cloudberry, and raspberry—add antioxidants during exfoliation.

Suitable for all skin types and for the entire body. Use it on the face once or twice a week; it can be used more frequently on the body. The scent is fresh and green, with cucumber, lemon, and freshly cut grass.

Kaolin (white clay): absorbs excess sebum and impurities while exfoliating
Hydrogenated Castor Oil: gives the scrub its creamy texture and prevents the grains from pulling
Organic sunflower oil (Helianthus Annuus): nourishes the skin during exfoliation
Organic bilberry extract (Vaccinium Myrtillus): antioxidant, rich in polyphenols

Apply to dry or slightly damp skin. Massage in gentle circular motions, without applying pressure. Let the grains do the work. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

Frequency:
1. Face: once to twice a week
2. Body: two to three times a week
3. For sensitive skin: once a week and only on the body

Avoid the eye contour and lips. Do not use on damaged skin, on active breakouts, immediately after a peel, or on sunburned skin.

Do not use the scrub on the same day as a chemical exfoliant such as our Glycolic Acid Exfoliating Toner. Combining mechanical and chemical exfoliation is too harsh for your skin barrier.
