How does this cream differ from your other day creams?
This Anti-Age Day Cream combines three different mechanisms of action: multi-molecular hyaluronic acid for deep hydration, a marine active (Alteromonas Ferment) for firmness, and light-reflecting mineral pigments for an immediate glow. Ideal for those who want to see visible effects and work on long-term anti-aging. For sensitive skin, we recommend our Sensitive Overnight Cream.
What is multi-molecular hyaluronic acid and why is it better?
Hyaluronic acid can occur in different molecular formats. Small molecules penetrate deep into the skin and hydrate the lower layers, where fine lines originate. Large molecules remain on the surface and form a moisture barrier that prevents dehydration. By combining both, the skin receives hydration at multiple levels, with a longer-lasting effect than formulas with a single molecular weight.
Is an SPF needed after using this cream?
Yes, absolutely. This cream offers antioxidant protection against environmental stress but does not contain SPF. UV radiation is the biggest cause of premature skin aging; without sunscreen, you are working against your own anti-aging routine. Always use an SPF of at least 30 during the day, even on cloudy days.
Is this cream suitable for men?
Certainly. The formula is unisex and suitable for any skin that wants to work on hydration, firmness, and fine lines. Many men appreciate the velvety texture that absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy feeling. The subtle glow is not noticeable but gives the skin a healthy appearance.
From what age can I use this cream?
Anti-aging is not an age question but a skin question. From the age of 30, the skin produces less collagen and hyaluronic acid, so preventive use from that age is beneficial. For visible results on fine lines and firmness, consistent use for 6 to 8 weeks is necessary. Under 30: only use if there is a specific need for extra hydration.
What exactly does that immediate "glow" effect do?
The cream contains fine light-reflecting mineral pigments (Titanium Dioxide, Mica, and Tin Oxide). These do not immediately give a chimeric color, but gently reflect light, making the skin instantly look more radiant and rested. These are cosmetic and not what causes the real anti-aging effect, which comes from the hyaluronic acid and marine active, and is visible after 4-8 weeks.
